  • To generate and deliver your AI visibility report.
  • To email you a copy of your report and relevant follow-up resources (you can opt out at any time).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the AEOLabs service.
  • To contact you about a strategy call if you book one.

3. Generated reports & showcase rights

By generating a report through AEOLabs, you acknowledge and agree that AEOLabs by ViralChilly retains full rights to the reports it generates, and you grant AEOLabs a non‑exclusive, perpetual, royalty‑free, worldwide right to publish, display, reproduce, and showcase any report it generates — in whole or in part — on our website, case studies, and marketing materials to demonstrate our work and capabilities.

Where a report is showcased publicly, we may present it as generated or in an anonymized/aggregated form. If you would prefer that your specific report not be featured, contact us at the address below and we will honor reasonable requests.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted providers that help us run the service, including:

  • AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — to run the visibility analysis. We send your brand/category context, not your contact details.
  • Email delivery — to send your report and follow-ups.
  • Infrastructure & analytics — to host and operate the service.

5. Email communications

If you request a report, we may send you a short series of educational follow-up emails. Every email includes a way to opt out, and we stop the series automatically once you book a call.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes such as showcasing generated reports (see Section 3). You may request deletion of your personal contact information at any time.

7. Your rights
